Hostess and host Marieke and Mark Timmer, bid you a heartfelt welcome at our serviced apartment Bas. We are a Dutch couple and found this wonderful spot in the Dutch province, Noord-Holland, so we may serve you a mix of typical Amsterdamse “gezelligheid” and Dutch hospitality.

Idyllically situated in the heart of Amsterdam, our Apartments is surrounded by canals and yet quite near the friendly bussy streets of Amsterdam and shopping center.

Serviced Apartment Bas breaths a cozy and warm atmosphere and you’ll instantly feel at home here. Our ‘panorama-rooms’ provide a spectacular view of the streets. All rooms come with exceptional beds, a TV, a balcony or terrace, a bathroom with shower/bath and a blow-dryer. After spending the day in the city center, you might want to enjoy the true relaxation in your bathroom.

Although a summer Holliday spent in Amsterdam is more than just a good idea, the area is off course well-known for it’s outstanding canals. The 50 kilometer of cross canals (which start in front of our apartment!) are known to be among Europe’s finest. People all over the world will have the time of their lives in this area of Amsterdam. The city center, you can get there by bus from Serviced Apartment Bas. A stop is in front of the apartment. But you also can walk for this short trip. By the way; a visit to one of Anne Frank House, the nearby Westertoren (3 km), should not be skipped.
